Barbara Gohre, BSHA, TAGME, CHPM, CLSSBB
Barbara Gohre serves as the GME Accreditation and Program Manager for Pediatric Fellowship Programs. With a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration and certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Healthcare Program Manager, and Quality Champion from AIGPE, she excels in areas like accreditation compliance, quality improvement, program and policy development, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, reporting, and project management. Barbara has contributed significantly to the GME community through scholarly activities and committee roles, including presentations at the 2024 AHME Institute and NSAMA, and publications.

Kelly Conlon, MS, C-TAGME
Kelly Conlon, MS, C-TAGME serves as the Director of Medical Education overseeing the Eastern Region at Northwell Health. With a career spanning over 16 years in Graduate Medical Education (GME), Kelly's expertise lies in professional development, GME accreditation, equity, diversity, and inclusion, as well as innovative learning methodologies. Kelly has made significant contributions to the field, notably in post-match analysis, diversity recruitment strategies, and the development of resident dashboards. Her contributions extend to scholarly publications on topics such as resident dashboards, stress management in residency, and just-in-time teaching (JiTT) in teacher development. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Marketing from Hofstra University, complemented by her TAGME Certification since 2014.

Juanita Braxton, PhD, EdS, MBA
Juanita Braxton is currently the Executive Director of Imani Consultants PhD, a 501C (3) non-profit organization with a primary focus on health education, medical education, and community service. She is also a GME Consultant as well as Business and Personal Coach. Juanita retired from the University of California, Davis Health System after 27 years of service as the Administrative Director of Surgical Education, a seasoned Program Administrator and inaugural member of the ACGME Coordinator Advisory Group. She has experience and expertise in program management, quality improvement, accreditation compliance, team communication as well as educational programs daily operations.
Juanita has contributed significantly to the GME community over the years through scholarly activity, committee roles as well as being a sought-after conference speaker for motivation and engagement as a GME professional. Her presentations include ACGME, AHME, Coordinator Surgical Education Week and various specialty conferences.

Communications & Marketing
Angelique Redmond, BBA, PMP
Angelique Redmond is a passionate advocate for health systems science and premier business practices that promote health professions programs. She is an accomplished speaker on strategies for clinical site partnerships and their impact on patient outcomes. Currently, she serves as the Assistant Director of Clinical Education at the George Washington University Physician Assistant Program, where she oversees clinical placements, contracts, and the federal advocacy program. Prior to her current role, Angelique spent 10 years managing undergraduate and graduate medical education programs in general surgery, bariatric surgery, and anesthesia and surgical critical care.
Angelique has been a critical contributor to the FULGME site!

Pamela Furneaux, MHA

Pamela Furneaux is the Education Program Coordinator and Instructor of Medical Education at the Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education (MCSGME). Recently, she showcased her commitment to the field by presenting a poster at the Association of Hospital Medical Education (AHME) 2024, where she was honored with second place. Pamela is deeply passionate about professional development and is known for her efforts to uplift others in the graduate medical education community. Her work at MCSGME reflects this passion, as she continually strives to enhance the educational experience for all learners.

Stephanie Bowen, C-TAGME

Stephanie Bowen serves as one of the Nemours Children’s Health - Jacksonville GME/UME administrators. She is responsible for a variety of fellowships/residencies and managing visiting pediatric rotations. She built her foundation of GME with radiology residencies and fellowships at the Mayo Clinic and recently transferred to Nemours to help grow their GME footprint. Stephanie continues to work across several institutions supporting many programs from schools such as the University of Florida, the University of Central and South Florida, and the Mayo Clinic. Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education (TAGME) certification, participating in the Nemours LEADER program, and a recent publication in radiology. Stephanie currently holds her Bachelors in Health Administration from the University of North Florida and she is currently working towards her Masters in Science Management at the University of Florida.

Kristine Marks
Kristine Marks is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in program coordination within the field of Graduate Medical Education. Driven by a passion for education and wellness, she is committed to fostering a supportive and enriching learning environment for medical trainees and professionals. Currently serving as Program Coordinator for the Infectious Disease-Critical Care Medicine and Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism fellowships at the Allegheny Health Network Medical Education Consortium in Pittsburgh, Kristine excels at managing complex logistical processes and improving program efficiency. Her strengths lie in process improvement, robust networking, and meticulous organization. A dedicated lifelong learner, Kristine actively pursues advanced knowledge in GME and consistently seeks opportunities to enhance the learning experience for all participants.
